After you approve your treatment and travel plan, our team will provide payment and confirmation details. Some services may require a deposit or prepayment, depending on the clinic, hotel or airline policy. All financial conditions will be shared transparently before you decide.
What happens if my flight is delayed or my plans change?
If your travel plans change, please inform your coordinator as soon as possible. We will help you adjust your transfer times, appointments and, where possible, hotel or treatment dates in line with provider policies. Any additional costs or penalties will depend on the terms of the airline, clinic or hotel.
